Interesting enough, you can actually access the internet with a Kindle 2. I do not suggest this unless you are in a bind. It has a 3G capability and from what I understand it uses the Sprint towers. From my experience, it is actually decent, but its not something you want to do on a more regular basis. When I had no net access at home, this is what I ended up doing and I can tell you it was not easy.

If you have one of the Amazon Kindle's you more than likely you are looking for ways to make your kindle pop or just for a way to protect it. Buying skins are one way to do that. I now have a skin on my kindle 2 and I love it alot. It does take some time to get it on just right, but it is well worth it in my book that is. Its not all about the look, but to keep it from getting dirty. With a skin, if it gets dirty, you can always buy a new one. You can't do that with a kindle.

You really cannot forget the extras can you? I would like to suggest a cover at minimum, but if you like to have some of the items, its even better. I have the black one for my kindle and I would hate to not have that as it does protect it more than if I didn't have one. These all are for the Kindle 2 only.
